Week of 12/17-12/19  

Just a few reminders for this week!

--Monday is Grinch day, so your child can wear GREEN to school!

--We will be going to practice for our program on Monday during school.

--Our Christmas program will be at Bethal Baptist church at 9 o'clock! Doors at Bethal will not open until 8. Your child needs to be dressed in western attire, a hat and a scarf will be provided by Mrs. McCombs.

--Immediately following the program, all students will be riding the bus back to MES for our Christmas Party where we will have Jack's breakfast, make a yummy Chrsimtas Tree cone treat, and hand out ornaments your child has made. Your child may check out from the classroom after the party.

--Our last day of school before the break is Wednesday 12/19 and it will be a half day of school! Please make arrangements accordingly!

--Christmas Break is 12/20-1/3, students will return on 1/4.

 

I hope you have a MERRY CHRISTMAS and a very HAPPY NEW YEAR :)

REMINDERS AND IMPORTANT DATES:

--Reading Wonderland will be Monday, December 10th, from 5-7 PM

--Our Christmas Party and Program will be Tuesday,

December 18th, the program will be held at Bethal Baptist Church.

 --December 19th will be a half day of school

--Santa Shop will be going on this week until Wednesday

 

*Polar Express day is this FRIDAY! Students can wear their PJ’s to school that day!  

*If you signed up to send in items for the Christmas party, I will be sending a note home with the items this week!

--Homecoming is this Friday, October 5th, that day we will have brunch, a pep rally, and early dismissal at 11:32, please let me know if your child will be dismissing a different way.

--Desoto Field Trip money and forms are due October 12th.

--Farm day permission slip forms are due October 12th. 

--Ornament money and permisson slips are due by October 19th

--If possible, please send in candy for my classroom treasure box!! :)
